Made in 5 days, this game was in the top 2% of most popular submissions for Brackey's Game Jam 2021.

Leveraged SOLID principles and object-oriented programming strategies, interfaces,  Cinemachine, Unity's Particle System, Tilemap and more.

Solo-designed/developed a top-down 2D action game in Unity.

Features:
  • Procedural obstacle generation – no two runs are the same
  • Destructible walls provide last-minute tradeoff decisions when navigating the maze
  • Enemies chase player from all directions
  • Score counter – see your run's stats at the end
  • Continually decreasing lifetime counter with replenishing pickups
  • Homemade colored pencil and watercolor art/animations

Kid Detective

Freelance-developed a modular crime-solving mechanic for an upcoming detective game from Team JollyFranchers.

Created an extensible user interface and robust puzzle system using delegates, Scriptable Objects, inheritance and Unity's Prefab system.

Fully implemented a saving/loading system to preserve player progress throughout the cases

Memory Clone

Programmed the core game loop for a classic memory clone from scratch.

Created a competitive computer opponent with a depreciating memory bank of known tiles and designed a branching decision tree for the AI.
